The LOYALTY Feature allows you to create a Reward system,
decided by you, to thank your loyal Customers:
Offer a Discount on a Product
for example: every $10 spent, get 50% off a Product
Offer a Discount on the Entire Sale
for example: 50% off every $50 spent
Offer a Free Product
for example: buy 9 get 1 free

SET UP ' LOYALTY ' IN BACK OFFICE
In order to use the 'Loyalty' feature to reward your Customer, you need to Enable it in your Back Office & Set your Reward Preferences

ENROLL CUSTOMERS in ' LOYALTY '
Now that your Loyalty is ready it's time to apply it to your Customers in your POS
You can learn how to add your customers (2 ways) to your Database in this article:
In your POS => => on the left top side, click on ' ADD CUSTOMER ' :
2. Select your Customer by searching an existing Customer or Adding a new one:
3. Take the Order as usual:
( You can see the customer detail on top of your Cart )
4. Once the Payment is taken => Select ' Enroll To Loyalty ' :
5. Your 1st order Customers already counted toward their Rewards !
6. Make sure you always select your Customer to accumulate Points !
( Customer can be added on the cart screen or directly on the payment page)
7. A customer can also be enrolled from the backoffice. This is helpful when you are adding existing loyalty customers to the system and want to update their points.
Go to Customers > details of any customer. On the loyalty tab, add points to the "Adjust points" field and save. The points will reflect on the POS as well along with eligible rewards and the customer will be enrolled to loyalty.
APPLY THE ' REWARDS '
In order to check how much reward a customer has accumulated or redeem it:
In your POS => CART => Search Customer => Click on the Reward Icon:
a. Reward by: ' PRODUCT DISCOUNT ' :
Every $10 spent, get 50% off a Product
Take the Order => while still in the CART => Click on the Reward:
2. Select the item you want to redeem:
( there could be several products ordered & you just want to apply to one )
3. The reward is now applied to your order:
4. Pay as usual.
5. When you pay: if there are no other orders: you can cash it off as $0
6. Rewards don't have to be used right away, they can be accumulated:
7. And Redeemed on several Products instead:
b. Reward by: ' DISCOUNT ENTIRE SALE ' :
50% ON ORDER EVERY $50 SPENT
We can see that the 50% off are limited to $20 Maximum Discount we've applied earlier, no matter how much is spent, the discount can't go above $20:
c. Reward by: ' FREE ITEM '
Buy 9 Get 1 Free
Take the Order => while still in the CART => Click on the Reward:

3. The reward is now applied to your order:
