Summary |
Oolio Platform is a cloud-based product, meaning the POS is required to be connected to the internet within the venue to operate at full functionality. In saying this, the POS can still operate without the internet but with limited functionality.
This article will cover what to do in case of an internet outage as well as what not to do. |
Entering Offline Mode |
Within the POS, a heartbeat line icon is displayed at the top right of the screen with a green dot indicating the POS is connected to the internet.
If the device disconnects from the internet a message will display across the top of the screen with the following 'No Internet Connection' as well as a prompt appearing across the entire screen.
