1. Clock In And Out
To clock in, firstly, on the “User Selection” screen, select your user.
After that, key in your PIN and click on the “Clock” button.
On the next screen, you have two options:
If you do not have access to the POS App, or just want to clock-in without using the app, click on “Clock-In Only”.
However, if you want to clock in and go to the POS App simultaneously, click on “Clock-In & Go To POS”.
Otherwise, click on “Dismiss” to go back to the “User Selection” screen.
After you have clocked-in, your user will have a green check-mark next to it.
After a working day, to clock out, on the “User Selection” screen, click on your user.
Next, enter your PIN and click on the “Clock” button.
On the next screen, click on the “Clock Out” button.
After that, you will be clocked out, with the green check-mark being removed from your user.
2. Recording Breaks
In order to record your break-time, instead of clicking on “Clock-Out” while your user is active, hit the “Start Break” button.
After that, the check-mark will change to a stop sign, indicating that you are on break.
To end your break, firstly click on the on-break user, then key in your PIN and hit the “Clock” button.
Next, click on “End-Break” and your user will become active again, indicating that you are working.
3. View Time And Attendance Report
In order to view “Time & Attendance” report, in BackOffice, on the navigation menu, click on “Reports” → “Users”.
Then, in the next screen, you can filter the report by venues, dates, or search for any report by the user’s name before hitting “Update” to view your reports.
The “Time & Attendance” report will consist of the following information:
Total Time (Including Break Time)
Total Time (Excluding Break Time)
