1. Giving Users The Permission To Change To Another Price List
Firstly, you have to make sure the the selected users have the permission to change the price list while using POS.
To do so, in BackOffice, click on Users → Manage, then select the users to which you want to give the permission.
On the next screen that appears, click on the “Permissions” tab, then the Settings button.
Then, click on the “POS Application” dropdown that appears on the next screen.
After that, scroll down and tick on the “Switch Pricing Group” permission, then save the change.
2. Choosing A Price List In POS App
In order to switch to a different price list while using the POS App, firstly, click on the “Manager Functions” button on the function map.
Next, click on the “Switch Pricing Group” button.
On the “Switch Pricing Group” modal, click on your desired price list.
After that, the products will have new prices that were pre-defined earlier in the price list.
Notes: If the current user does not have the permission to change to another price list, they will be denied the access upon clicking on the “Switch Pricing Group” button.
