Filter all your Revenue based on Payment Types filtered by:

dates, venues, order types, staff, devices, ...

UNDERSTAND YOUR PAYMENT SUMMARY

  1. Access your payments in your Back Office => Payments :

Group By

You can ' GROUP ' your Payment Types by:

  • DAY:

( Select a date range to display all your payment types by days

for example: This Month )

  • WEEK:

( Select a date range to display all your payment types by weeks

for example: This Month )

  • PAYMENT METHOD:

( Select a date range to display all your payment types by weeks

for example: This Week )


You can then choose to display the data by dates, times or trading periods:


Advanced Filters

Click on the ' Filter Icon ' to display your advanced filters:

Add Filters to better understand your sales by:

  • Venues: if you have several venues, select the one you want.

  • Stores: If you have several stores, select the one you want.

  • Sales Channels: In Store, Online ( if you have an Online Store ), Uber Eats, Doordash, ...

  • Payment Types: Cash, Card, Gift Card, Vouchers, ... or any other payment type you've created.

  • Order Types: Takeaway, Dine In, Catering, Pick Up, Delivery, ... or any other order type you've created.

  • Staff: If your team uses their user profiles properly in the POS: you can see their sales from here.

  • Devices: If you have more than 1 devices ( POS, iPad, mPOS, ... ) you can select which device is doing best.

Make sure to ' Update Table ' to see your changes reflecting:

Click on a filter to add it => click again to remove it, or click ' Reset Filters '


Hide Data Columns

If you don't need all the data displayed in the column: click on the ' Column Icon '

=> click on the ' Eye Icon ' to hide that particular column:

( click again to make it reappear )


Download Data as: CSV Files

To download the data displayed into an excel csv file: click on the ' Download Icon ' :
