Install, Log In, Log Out, Switch Venues, Refresh reports

Insights App:

Get your Sales Reports directly on your phone in just few clicks


In this article:


INSTALL ' INSIGHTS ' APP

OR

INSTALL


LOG IN / OUT of ' INSIGHTS ' APP

  1. Once Installed => click on the app => LOGIN :

2. Use the same logins you use in your POS :

( or your personal email if created in the Back Office with the right Permissions, to learn how to create Users & Permissions, see this article: CREATE USERS & PERMISSIONS )

3. To Log Out => Click on the ' Cog icon ' on the top right => Logout:


REFRESH DATA

If new changes have just occured, they might not reflect directly in your Insights App,

to solve that:

Click on the ' Refresh Icon ' on the left top corner of your screen to refresh your Data:


SWITCH VENUES

If you have several Venues / Stores:

Display the Sales Data of 1 venue in particular or multiple venues at once

  1. Click on the ' Cog Icon ' on the right top corner to access your Settings:

2. Tick / Untick the venues by clicking on the name:
