Menu Scheduling
Automatically switch Menus in your Online Store based on:
Day and time that you Set Up
or Order Types ( Dine In, Takeaway, Pickup, Delivery, Catering, ... )
For Example:
Have a different Menu for Lunch / Dinner
Schedule a special Menu: ' Mother's Day ' Menu
to be the only available option on that day
Allow to sell alcohol for your Dine In option but not for Delivery
Offer a ' Set Menu ' for Dine In only & ' A la Carte ' only Online

Schedule by: MENUS
Set Dates / Times to automatically switch from your Breakfast Menu to Lunch Menu
or
Schedule a special occasion Menu such as ' Mother's Day ' to be the only available option on a particular day
In your Back Office => go to Products => Menus :
2. Here we are going to Schedule different times for 2 menus:
Breakfast Menu: 7am - 12pm
Lunch Menu: 12pm - 3pm
3. Go to ' Schedule ' => ' Create ➕ ' :
4. Input the Details:
Select Menu: Choose the menu you want to automatically schedule. ( ex: Lunch Menu )
Sales Channels: Where your menu scheduling will apply.
⚠️ At the moment Menu Scheduling is only available for your Online Store. You can manually change Menus in your POS if needed.
Order Types: Choose from: Pick Up / Dine In / Delivery. You can apply it to one or more order types.
( If you don't select an Order Type, for example: ' Dine In ', you standard Menu will apply instead )
Stores: Apply the scheduling to 1 or more stores ( if you have multiple venues )
=> Click on ' ➕ ' to create a schedule:
5. Input Dates 'Valid From' & 'Valid To' => if you don't input anything in ' Valid To ' : there will no ending dates.
click on the ' ➕ ' to add Days / Hours :
6. Input:
Select Days: You can select one or days of the week or ' All Days ' directly
Times: add a Starting time / Ending time. You can click on the ' ➕ ' to add more times: for example have a menu start again at 5pm until 10pm.
7. You can add more Scheduling for that Menu or Save:
8. Your Menu Scheduling is now done for our lunch menu: you can display it's dates / times using the arrow on the left or Edit using the ' Pen Icon ':
9. Repeat for other Menus ( ex: ' Breakfast Menu ' )
⚠️
If you Schedule Menus & the times you set is clashing with another Menu,
one of the menu will automatically be disabled if you proceed :
for example:
Breakfast Menu: 7am - 12pm
Lunch Menu: 11.30am - 3pm
Lunch is starting before Breakfast finishes
Schedule by: ORDER TYPE
( Dine In, Delivery, Pick Up )
A good option to ' hide ' your alcoholic beverages for Delivery Orders
In your Back Office => go to Products => Menus :
2. Here we are going to Schedule different menus based on the Order Types:
Standard Menu: Dine In / Pick Up
Delivery Menu: Delivery ( same menu but Without Alcoholic options )
3. Go to ' Schedule ' => ' Create ➕ ' :
4. Input the Details:
Select Menu: Choose the menu you want to automatically schedule. ( ex: Delivery Menu )
Sales Channels: Where your menu scheduling will apply.
