PREPARATION TIME
Add a Preparation Time for your Customers to know when their order will be ready
In this Article:
ENABLE ' PREPARATION TIME '
In your Back Office => Features => Integrations => Online Store :
2. Under ' Settings ' => click on the ' Cog Icon ' :
3. Under ' Fulfilments ' => Enable ' Preparation Time ' :
SET PREPARATION TIME
Your Preparation time ( for example: 20 min ) will be applied on:
Your Closing Time: if your venue closes at 8pm: the last Online Order will be at 7.40pm
Time selected by your Customer: if your guest choose to order ' ASAP ' online: the 20min preparation will be automatically added.
⚠️ Your Opening Time: will not be affected as you are expected to be ready for orders on opening
Opening & Closing Days / Hours of your Online Store are located under ' Details ' :
Your Customers will be able to see the Dine In, Pick Up, Delivery, .. estimated times when ordering:
