Choose which paying options are available to your Customers depending on Order Type ( Pickup, Dine In, Delivery, ... )

Online Store: Pay Online / Pay at Counter

Depending on your Order Type ( Dine In, Takeaway, Delivery, Pickup, ... )

For example:

You might allow your Customer to pay at counter for a Dine In order

but only Online for Deliveries


In this article:


ACCESS ' ONLINE STORE ' SETTINGS

  1. In your Back Office => Go to Feature => Integration => Click on ' Online Store ' :

3. Under ' Settings ' => Access your Online Store using the ' Cog Icon ' :

4. Go to ' Fulfilments ' :


ALLOW TO ' PAY NOW ' or /& ' PAY AT COUNTER '

From here you can choose which Order Type ( Dine In, Pickup, Delivery, ... )

will offer ' Pay Now ' & / or ' Pay at Counter '

  1. Press the ' Cog Icon ' to access the Settings of that Order Type :

    for example: Pickup

2. Toggle On:

  • ' Allow to Pay Later ' : To allow your Customers to pay at the counter directly. This is a good option for: Dine In & Takeaway but wouldn't be recommended for Delivery, Pickup or Catering as you might want your customer to pre-pay.

    & / Or :

  • ' Allow to Pay Now ' : To allow your Customers to pay Online directly via Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ...

    => Confirm

3. Repeat for all your Order Types :

In you ONLINE STORE :

PAY NOW :

The payment is taken directly here, depending on your settings:

the order will be Automatically Accepted or you will need to Manually Accept or Reject it

PAY AT COUNTER :

The customer will have to pay at the counter, in your POS after the order is accepted:

it will move automatically to ' In Progress ' where you can take the payment ' Pay Now ' :

Take the payment as usual:
