Dine In - Takeaway - Pick Up - Delivery - Catering
But these days, some restaurants may offer order types that are a bit different from traditional ones. Understanding the need, we at Oolio POS have offered a small feature that allows our users to create new order types and assign them to a sales channel effortlessly.
In this Article:
CREATE NEW ' ORDER TYPES '
To create a new order type, go to your Back Office => Settings => Sale Channels:
Then, scroll down to the "Order Types" section and click on "Create".
After that, on the "Create Order Type" form, key in the following fields:
Order Type Name: What you want to call the new order type
Order Type Code: The abbreviation for the new order type
Finally, click on "Create Order Type" to finish.
Once you have created a new order type, you can perform the following actions:
Change the code
Rename the order type
Assign the order type to a sales channel
Remove the order type
