Auto Complete Orders
A ' Completed Order ' is an order that has been:
Accepted, Paid & Served
Decide whether your new Online Store Orders are being :
Automatically or Manually Completed
In this Article:
ACCESS ' ONLINE STORE ' SETTINGS
Change your Online Store settings at any time directly from your POS Back Office
In your Back Office => Features => Integrations => Online Store :
2. Go to Settings :

( as they will need to link it to your account. )
3. Under ' Settings ' => click on the ' Cog Icon ' :
4. Under ' Fulfilments ' => Auto Complete Orders :
Enabled: ' Instantly '
Auto Complete Orders: Instantly
PROS:
Fast Orders like Coffees don't have to be be manually added to ' Completed' every time
CONS:
You won't know which order are still ' In Progress ' which can create confusion with Food Orders
When you receive new Orders =>
If ' Auto Accept Orders ' is Disabled: New Order will be in ' PENDING ' waiting to be Accepted
If ' Auto Accept Orders ' is Enabled: New Order will go directly to ' COMPLETED '.
⚠️ If your Customer choose ' Pay at Counter ' instead of ' Pay online ' => the Order will remain ' IN PROGRESS ' until Paid => then moved to ' Completed ' automatically :
Enabled with Times
To avoid forgetting to mark orders as ' Completed ' manually:
you can set a time: 15, 30, 45 minutes or 1h to Auto-Complete them
PROS:
Orders are not forgotten ' In Progress ' all day
& you can still manually mark them as ' Completed '
Avoid Orders to be forgotten towards your daily Sales
CONS:
If your order wasn't completed within the time frame selected:
it will still move to ' Completed ' so choose the time wisely
If Orders are not marked as ' Completed ' by the end of the day: they won't be counted towards your Sales Reports of the day.
When you receive new Orders =>
If ' Auto Accept Orders ' is Disabled: New Orders will be in ' PENDING ' waiting to be Accepted.
If ' Auto Accept Orders ' is Enabled: New Orders will be ' IN PROGRESS ' waiting to be Completed or will be ' Auto Completed ' after the time you selected.
Disabled: ' Never '
To avoid forgetting to mark orders as ' Completed ' manually:

PROS:
You have total control over Orders being Completed or Not
CONS:
If Orders are not marked as ' Completed ' by the end of the day:
they won't be counted towards your Sales Reports of the day.
When you receive new Orders =>
If ' Auto Accept Orders ' is Disabled: New Orders will be in ' PENDING ' waiting to be Accepted.
If ' Auto Accept Orders ' is Enabled: New Orders will be ' IN PROGRESS ' waiting to be Completed.
