mPOS
mPOS is a small & simplified version of your POS
With a size similar to a phone, you can carry it around
to take orders & payments at the tables directly
Ideal for big venues offering Dine In

Your MPOS will either display:
Your FLOOR PLAN :
Your OPEN ORDERS :
Where your non-paid Orders are located when click ' SEND ' in your POS
Your ORDER HISTORY :
Where all your Paid Orders are located, from here you can:
Refund: Entire Bill or By Product,
Reprint Receipts
Send the Receipts to your Customers by phone / email

REFRESH :
If an order has just been taken from the POS & doesn't show yet on MPOS;
Refresh the page you're on using this icon:
FLOOR PLAN
This is where you can see your Sections & Tables
Take a Payment by choosing a Section & clicking on a Table:
You can see the Table's Order & Total Due, click on ' PAY NOW ' :
You can now Select the Payment Method:
CHARGE ON CARD:
Asks you the amount wanted & if you have enables ' Tips ' on your Terminals, the customer will be prompted to add a tip.
You can take several payments
TAKE CASH:
Same as your POS, you can take the full payment or Enter the Payment Amount:
For example: $25 paid cash
⚠️ Entering ' Cash ' will automatically open your Cash Drawer, so you might want to take all the cards payment first if your cash drawer is far away from the table
OTHER:
SPLIT PAYMENT: ' SPLIT EVENLY ' :
This option allows you to Split your bill in 2,3,4,5, ... up to you!
You can also choose to Split the bill 3 ways, and the 1st customer decide to pay 2 parts for example:
SPLIT PAYMENT: ' ENTER CUSTOM AMOUNT ' :
Enter the amount your Customer wants to pay, you can take as many payments as wanted:
OPEN ORDERS
Where your non-paid Orders are located when click ' SEND ' in your POS
⚠️ It is currently not possible to Void from MPOS: use your POS to void
From ' Open Orders ' you can click on any open orders and take the payment:
ORDER HISTORY
Where all your Paid Orders are located, from here you can:
Reprint Receipts, Send the Receipts to your Customers by phone / email
⚠️ It is currently not possible to Refund from MPOS: use your POS for refunds
Reprint the Receipt :
Click on the blue printer icon to reprint the receipt, the receipt will print to the printer you assigned in your Back Office for your MPOS Device.
Send the Receipt to your Customer's email or Phone Number :
Click on the ' Send Receipt ',
the receipt will print to the printer you assigned in your Back Office for your MPOS Device.
You will be redirected to the the Receipt screen where your Customer can enter their phone number or email:
Go back to the main screen :
LOG OUT / UNPAIR DEVICE :
Once your MPOS is connected,
there aren't many reasons for you to log out / Unpair your Device,
but in case you would like to unpair your MPOS, click on the ' Lock Icon ' on the top left of the screen in ' Order History ' or ' Open Orders ' :
⚠️ MPOS won't logout by itself unless the device goes off for a few days
To LOGIN / PAIR your MPOS Device again, follow those steps:
