Oolio Pay - Insights App
In this article:
INSTALL ' INSIGHTS ' APP
In the ' Apple Store ' => APPLE STORE ' INSIGHTS ' => Download the App ' Oolio Insights '
OR
In the Google ' Play store ' => PLAY STORE ' INSIGHTS ' => Download the App ' Oolio Insights '
INSTALL
LOG IN / OUT of ' INSIGHTS ' APP
Once Installed => click on the app => LOGIN :
2. TO LOGIN: Use the same Credentials as your Oolio Pay :
3. To Log Out => Click on the ' Cog icon ' on the top right => Logout:
REFRESH THE APP
If new changes have just occured, they might not reflect directly in your Insights App,
to solve that:
Click on the ' Refresh Icon ' on the left top corner of your screen to refresh your Data:
SWITCH VENUES
If you have several Venues / Stores:
Display the Sales Data of 1 venue in particular or multiple venues at once
Click on the ' Cog Icon ' on the right top corner to access your Settings:
2. Tick / Untick the venues by clicking on the name:
CARD PAYMENTS
Access all your Payouts including their Summary, Sales Channels, Payout History
by selecting a Date or a Date Range
SELECT DATE RANGE
Select your Prefered Date by clicking on the Drop down menu on top of the app:
SUMMARY
Summary indicates your entire Card Sales in the period selected:
POS & ECOM Sales: All your Card Sales from your POS & Online Store
Refunds: All Refunds by Cards
Adjustments: not sure ????????????????
Fees: Credit Card Surcharges
Net Payout: Amount Paid to your bank account.
Net Payout = POS & ECOM Sales - Fees
SALES CHANNELS
Sales Channels are:
POS or Online Store
You can see which of your POS or Online Store is more used:
PAYOUT HISTORY
Easily access your Net Payout within the Date Range your Selected:
Slide left / right to access more days
Press the Blue Tile to display the amount of that day
