Setting Up Refund Reasons

In your POS, you can Refund your customers:

  • Partially or the Entire Bill

  • By Card, Cash, ... or any other payment you offer

Here we are going to learn how to define a ' Reason ' for the Refund in order to track your Refunds and have a better understanding of your Reports

ENABLE ' REFUND REASONS '

In order to enable Refund Reasons, click Features -> Refund Reasons -> Enable

To start adding your own refund reasons, go to Settings β†’ Other.

Click the Refund Reasons tab, then the Create button.


How to view refunded orders in Back office reports?

In order to view the report of refunded orders while using Back Office, click Reports β†’ Voids & Refunds.

Next, click the Refunds tab, select your desired venues and time range, then click the Update button. (You can also search for a report by entering the staff name into the search bar.)

You will see all refunded orders, with their staff name, reasons, refunding quantity, and refund amount. The charts showing the orders refunded by the staff & popular refunding reasons will also display.
