Add notes to your whole order or just single product

The ‘ ADD NOTE ‘ button allows you to add notes to a whole order, or specific items in an order.

It’s located in your POS (on the bottom) & applies to your Cart (on the left):

Apply a Note on the whole order

In order to add note to an order, firstly, make sure you do not click on any order’s item in the cart. Then, on the function map, click on the “Add Notes” button.

Next, on the “Add Notes” modal, enter your notes and click on the “Save Note” button. Otherwise, click on the “X” button to close the modal and go back to the previous screen.

After you have keyed in your notes, they will appear on top of your cart.


Apply a Note on a single Product

Similarly, to add notes to an order’s item, click on your desired item in the cart, then click on the “Add Notes” button on the function map.

Next, on the “Add Notes” modal, enter your notes and click on the “Save Note” button. Otherwise, click on the “X” button to close the modal and go back to the previous screen.

After you have keyed in your notes, they will appear below your chosen item.
