Assign Printers to your Products
Now that we have learnt how printers work
in this article:
We can assign our Printers to our Products.
In this Article:
ASSIGN 1 PRINTER TO 1 PRODUCT:
In your Back Office => Products => Products
Search a Product by name or Select a Category
Edit your Product by clicking the Pen Icon:
Click on the dropdown ' Printer Profile ' :
Assign the Printer needed:
( In our case: we want the Croquette to just print at the Kitchen Pass )
SAVE
ASSIGN SEVERAL PRINTERS TO 1 PRODUCT:
In your Back Office => Products => Products
Search a Product by name or Select a Category
Edit your Product by clicking the Pen Icon:
Click on the dropdown ' Printer Profile ' :
5. Assign the Printers needed:
( In our case: we want the Chocolate Cake to print at the Kitchen Pass + Kitchen Larder )
6. SAVE
BULK ASSIGN PRINTERS TO SEVERAL PRODUCTS :
Best Option to assign Printers fast to a Category
where all the products are printing at the same printer
In your Back Office => Products => Products
Select a Category:
Tick the Products that need to be assigned a Printer or Tick the Box next to ' Product Name ' to select All the Products:
Click on ' Options ' on the right end corner:
( The number between brackets are the amount of products selected )
Select ' Add Printer Profile ' :
Assign the Printers needed : in our case ' Bar '
( You can remove printers by just clicking on their names )
⚠️ If a Printer is not assigned to a Product, when you will tru to send it in you POS this message will display:
