Scheduled surcharges can be toggled on or off for the day using Manager Functions directly from POS. This is useful when a surcharge needs to be quickly enabled or disabled due to operational changes, such as public holidays, weekends, or unexpected situations, without needing to return to Back Office.
Step One: Access Manager Functions
Scheduled surcharges can be enabled or disabled using the manager functions map. *Ensure the cart is empty before proceeding with this task.
- From the main POS screen, navigate to the 'Functions Map'.
- Select the right arrow to move to the next page.
- Select the 'Manager Functions' tile.
Step Two: Open Scheduled Surcharges
- Select 'Scheduled Surcharge' from the manager functions menu.
Step Three: Toggle Surcharges
- A list of scheduled surcharges will be displayed.
- Toggle surcharges on or off as required for the day.
