Import Vouchers into Oolio One

Import existing Vouchers into Oolio One using the Voucher CSV template. This can be used when existing Voucher information needs to be brought into a Location, such as when moving to Oolio One from another POS system.

Step 1: Download the Voucher template

From Oolio One Back Office:

1. Open the Vouchers tab.
2. Create New or Open an existing voucher template
3. Select Vouchers
4. Select the Options Menu (...)
5. Select Import.
6. Select Download CSV Template 

Step 2: Add the Voucher information

1. Open the downloaded CSV template.
2. Enter the required Voucher information into the corresponding fields.
3. Make sure the information follows the template format.
4. Save the completed file.

Step 3: Import the Vouchers

Return to the Voucher Import screen and complete the required fields:

1. Enter the Batch Name.
2. Enter the Reason.
3. Attach the completed Import File.
4. Select Import.

After the import is complete, the Vouchers are available for redemption in Oolio One.
