How to perform a referenced refund?
Locate your transaction on the EFTPOS and refund it.

Warning: Referenced Refund DOES NOT require a card tap.
The fund will be refunded to the original payment card directly!
It's IRREVERSIBLE!!!

1. To start a referenced refund, first go to
Transactions
2. Then go to history
3. Enter your passcode
4. Locate the transaction and get into it, then refund
Note: If you do not have the refund option - contact Oolio Pay Support.
